1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Velin (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the App.

2. Service

Velin provides curated wallpaper browsing/downloading and a daily featured image with proper credit. Features may change over time.

3. Content & Attribution

• Some images are provided via third‑party sources (e.g., Unsplash). You must respect any attribution or license displayed in the App.
• You obtain only a personal, non‑commercial right to use wallpapers from within the App on your devices.

4. Ads & Purchases

• The App may display non‑personalized ads (Google AdMob). We follow App Store policies and consent rules.
• If a “Remove Ads” option is offered in the future, its terms will appear at purchase time.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or distribute the App or its content unlawfully.

6. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Warranty & Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ilker Karamanli is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or for operational/security reasons.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
